Leap is here to help prospective residents qualify for their ideal apartment. After discussing the client’s needs and researching competitors, I developed a concept that would attract possible clients and partners. The concept uses photography and messaging to highlight common thoughts of prospective renters and place Leap as the solution. Execution included out-of-home placement at NJ Path Stations, postcards, handouts, social media, and media display banners.
